Transfer Policy: You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing no later than one week before the festival. Your written request must include your name and email address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a transfer confirmation email will be sent.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Our cancellation policy states that NO refunds will be issued if you cannot make it to the festival. We will defer your registration for one year if you notify us at least one week prior to the festival start date. If you notify us within one week of the event start date, transfer and credit are not available. You might consider purchasing trip insurance to protect your festival plans. We will not refund or transfer your money if you have to cancel within one week of the festival start date.
Festival ends 12 pm on Sunday, March 29, 2026, note no shuttle service on Sunday.
Food Pass is for one person only which includes: 1-Friday & 1-Saturday night dinner, 1-Saturday breakfast. Additional food passes can be purchased for a flat $60/per person. These cannot be broken up per day.
*Festival Camp Sites limited camp sites have been reserved at a discounted rate, first-come-first reserved. Camp site #s will be assigned at the time of arrival. Each site is limited to 2-vehicles or 1-vehicle & RV/Trailer only. 2-nights stay (March 27th & 28th), March 29th checkout is 12 pm. Once the reserved festival discounted campsites are sold out, you can still stay at the venue, by making reservations through Utah State Park’s reservation website ReserveAmerica (no festival discounts applied Utah State Parks pricing will be listed on the site) using this link - https://utahstateparks.reserveamerica.com/camping/quail-creek-state-park/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=UT&parkId=345711
Shuttles regular shuttles will go out on Friday only, while VIP shuttle service will be for both Friday & Saturday. Trails and times will be posted (weather does affect the trails and so do unforeseen circumstances). No shuttle service on Sunday, expo closes at 12 pm.
If you do not have a festival pass of any kind you will need to pay the standard/published State of Utah Park entry fee. The festival venue is open to the public during the hours 10 am - 3 pm, March 27 & 28, 2026. Sunday the 29th, expo closes.
