Booth Information

10 x 10 Booth: $350

10 x 10 - 10 x 20: $450

10 x 20 - 20 x 40: $500

Larger than 20 x 40: $600

Booth space will be assigned on first come, first served basis and is based upon size. Electricity, water and overnight security are available (please inform us in advance of this need).

Saturday Festival Food is included in the price. If you have more than 2 people coming to work the festival, you can purchase additional food vouchers for $26/person! 

Wristbands

The Festival will sell wristbands that will allow participants to demo bikes. So no wristband, no demo. We also offer disclaimer (with exception of VIP Pass holders) that states wristband does not guarantee a demo, just that they have the opportunity. Your cooperation and support is appreciated.

Booth Set-up

Thursday (the Thursday before the festival begins): 12 pm – 6 pm. We cannot allow same-day set up unless you are setting up a tent and walking your products into the venue. Once the venue is set up on Friday night, there is NO vehicle access (including vans and trailers)

Exhibition Hours

Friday & Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm MT
On Friday & Saturday you may choose to stay open longer as there will be a party each night until 9 pm.

Sunday: 9 am-2 pm MT. The venue strictly closes at 2 pm MT.

Provide us LOGO & with a brief description of your business and we will place it on the Festival website to assist in creating more traffic for your booth space! Send logo to humtbfestival@gmail.com

Space is limited to 75 exhibitors so please make your reservations early. Expo grounds are centrally located with refreshments, registration, and entertainment adjacent guaranteeing traffic throughout the festival. This is an opportunity to display your product, service, or event to over 2,000 of the Southwest's enthusiast mountain bikers. 

Payment is due by March 29, 2024. For those needing additional space, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
