Thanks to everyone who made it out to our annual Southern Utah spring mountain bike party. If you missed it this year, scroll down to see the 2024 Hurricane MTB Festival Photo Gallery. It’s got photos of all the fun—mountain bike group rides on the mesas, festival vendors, giveaways, Lonny Boy’s delicious BBQ dinner, Saturday night log pull races, the Club Ride fashion show, and more.
There were some big changes for this year’s Festival—most notably, a new venue. Instead of taking place in Hurricane, the 2024 Hurricane MTB Festival was held at Gooseberry Lodges in Apple Valley, near Gooseberry Mesa. The new location meant shuttles could take riders to the mesas; and since Gooseberry Lodges is a motel, people could stay right at the Festival. The scenery was much nicer than the park in town, too—especially at sunset, when the cliffs of Zion glow from the setting sun.
